Feb. 23, 2010: Dr. Wayne Pennington spoke on the seismological aspects of the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. Dr. Pennington was a 2009 Jefferson Science Fellow and worked at the Office of Infrastructure and Engineering within the EGAT Bureau at USAID.
